To locate on a Vista Towers site, simply download our site application form and email a completed copy to Robert@vistatowers.net.  The site application fee should be mailed separately to the Vista Towers’ address specified on the form.

Once we have received the collocation application and fee, Vista Towers will provide a full site package including:

​

• Redacted copy of the underlying lease

​

• Copies of the latest A&E drawings

​

• Copies of all completed compliance documentation

​

• Copies of all zoning permits
